DVD Replication

Unlike DVD duplication, DVD replication involves the use of a glass master to 'stamp' the DVDs rather than 'burn' the information.  All prices include the cost of glass mastering and mainland post & packing to a single UK address - turnaround is 10-15 days from approval of artwork.

The DVD on body print options are CMYK+whitebase offset printing, which is good for full colour printing with a wide colour range.  The 5 colour spot silkscreen option is best when large blocks of the same colour and only a limited range of colours are required.  Both options are priced the same but it depends on your artwork as to which will be the best print option for your project.

  Package 1 = DVD replication with on-body print in a slim line case with 1 page 170gsm digital colour print.
  Package 2 = DVD duplication with on-body print in slim line case with 2 page 170gsm digital colour print.
  Package 3 = DVD duplication with on-body print in jewel case with 170gsm digital colour print and back liner
  Package 4 = DVD duplication with on-body print in jewel case with 4 page gatefold 170gsm digital colour printed insert and full colour back liner.
